Mini planning package
My mini planning packages suit those who may have already planned a few aspects of their wedding but might need assistance with certain elements. For example, assistance with sourcing and negotiating suppliers, styling and design and on the day coordination. It suits couples who wish to plan the majority of their day, but require help in the final few weeks. Prices are tailored according to your individual requirements.
'On The Day' Event Coordination
'On The Day' Full wedding day and event management enables you to focus on what's really important - enjoying your day and relaxing, safe in the knowledge that Amore Star Events is working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure your day runs smoothly.
Your day is planned, suppliers sorted, but you might need someone to help pull everything together, set up coordinate and clear down at the end of the night.
I will meet with you twice before your big day, to discuss your arrangements.
'On The Day' Event Coordination includes:
Initial consultation with both of you (this can be in person (location dependent), online, or on the phone)
Personalised Wedding Day Schedule
Supplier and venue liason to introduce myself, confirm bookings and timings and then provide a detailed timetable to all those involved
10 hours on the day event management
First point of contact for any venue staff, suppliers or guests for any queries. I also come armed with a wedding emergency kit!
